Breathing &#8211; Sit straight with hands on lap. Inhale with your nose. As you inhale take your hands up to the level where inflation comes. Hold and exhale.<br>2. Brain Button &#8211; Touch Collar Bone with your hands in L Shape clock wise and belly button anti clockwise and vice versa <br>3. Thinking Cap &#8211; Rub ear lobes from top to bottom<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Exercises<\/span><\/em><br>1. <strong>Sidewise Wrist Open  and Close<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Hands in front of face. Wrists closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Open one wrist with thumb closed and point to another. Repeat with next hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#x270a;&#x270a;&nbsp; || &#x270a; &#x1f919; || &#x1f919; &#x270a;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>2. <strong>Pinky finger and thumb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Open pinky finger of one hand and thumb of another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. repeat this with alternating hands<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. <strong>Shooting &amp; Victory<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Make victory sign with one hand and shooting with next hand<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. repeat this with alternating hands<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#x270c;&#xfe0f;&#x1f448; || &#x1f449;&#x270c;&#xfe0f;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. <strong>Tapping and Rotation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Keep gently tapping your head with one hand and rotate your other hand in clockwise direction for 5 times and 5 times in anti clockwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Change your hand and repeat the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Session 2<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. <strong>Mouth piece and Fist<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Just like a telephone pickup action with one hand and fist with another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. repeat the same by changing the hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. <strong>Alternating fingers \/ spider walk<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Keep index finger of hand and place index finger of next hand over it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. place the next finger on the index finger of next hand and similar with other hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c. now remove one finger and place it over the stack. -&gt; forward movement<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d. Above steps need to be repeated. Repeat the same in backward direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.<strong> Counting with hands &#8211; Needs to be with both hands<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. 1 -&gt; pinky finger<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. 2 -&gt; middle two fingers, wrists closed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c. 3 -&gt; Yo  &#x1f918; (keep thumb out)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d. 4 -&gt; flower ( all fingers expect pinky finger closed)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. <strong>Alternating hand rotation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Move one hand clockwise direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Move another hand anti clockwise direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Think as if you rotating two wheels in different directions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Session 3<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. <strong>Hand on Chest and Stop sign<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Place one hand on chest and other in front of you as a stop sign<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. repeat the same by changing the hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Feels like karate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10. <strong>Hold your ears and nose, clap<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Take your one hand and hold your nose. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Take other hand over the first hand and hold the ear of opposite direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c.  clap with both hands<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d. Above steps need to be repeated with change of hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.<strong> Victory and Fantastic<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Make victory with one hand &#x270c;&#xfe0f;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b.  Make Fantastic with other  &#x1f44c;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c. Repeat the same by changing hands<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Session 4<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12. <strong>Square &amp; Circle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Draw Square with one hand in air, simultaneously draw circle with another<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. repeat the same by changing the hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13. <strong>Infinity &amp; Circle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Draw Infinity symbol with one hand in air, simultaneously draw circle with another<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. repeat the same by changing the hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14.<strong> Z &amp; 3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Draw Z symbol with one hand in air, simultaneously draw 3 with another<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. repeat the same by changing the hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Session<\/strong> 5<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">15. <strong>Directions<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Up &amp; Down , Forward and Backward<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. One hand with closed wrists to move up and down -&gt; like pulling a chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Other hand with wrist open to move forward and backward -&gt; like a Hitler salute (though needs to be kept straight and open hand side downwards)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c. repeat the same by changing the hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">16. <strong>Finger Circling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Join the fingers of the wrists together and open it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Start with thumb rotating around each other in clockwise and then anticlockwise direction<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. repeat the same with other fingers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">17.<strong> Shooting and Counting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Shoot with firsthand and make index finger of the other hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Shoot with second hand and Victory sign on first hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c. Shoot with first hand and 3 fingers on second hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d. Shoot with second hand and 4 fingers on first hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">e. Shoot with first hand and 5 fingers on second hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">f. Repeat with hands changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Session 6<\/span><\/strong> &#8211; Table exercises &#8211; Relaxation <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">18.<strong> Open, Closed, bang<\/strong> <strong>table<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Keep both hands on the table with wrists open and facing each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Close the wrists of both hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c. Keep the hands down on the table. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d. Repeat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">19. <strong>Play Tabla<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Keep both hands on the table resting. A gap of 2 fingers between them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Close(Make wrist) one hand and keep the other one as it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Open the first hand and close the second<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">20.<strong> Dancing Fingers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Keep the index finger and middle finger of both the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Move the index finger of left hand  and middle finger of right hand  to the left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c. Move them back to their original position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d.  Move the index finger of right hand and middle finger of left hand to the right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">e.
