So, I placed my order 6th Dec 2019. The order got delivered 31st Dec i.e 25days later. When I used the earpods they weren’t functioning as expected. Two notable defects were that
1. Didn’t charge beyond 80%
2. Extremely high battery drain with 10 % dropping every 3-4 mins.
1st Jan – The very next day I pinged him about the issue. The seller told, he wants proofs. I asked for his email and send him those.
He didn’t agree. I was shocked. So, I made entire video of the usage and took screenshots of how battery fell.
4th Jan – He says
“just checked your video, i can not understand
no place can see battery decrease”
11th Jan – And then a week later, he agreed to send a new one. Around 11 days after package was received, he sent me a new tracking number.
29 Jan – The tracking didnt update. So pinged him again.
He replied on 1st Feb –
“post delivery update late. no worry. generally package to south america takes longer time”
19th Feb – When i checked the status, I was shocked. It still didn’t move from shippers warehouse.
The seller replied
“tracking shows delivered on 31th Dec 2019. you can check the tracking details “
We can track the product from here
Its still there even after 45 days. The seller doesn’t address the problem.
