A medieval Art
I saw a medieval art made on a canvas of stone,
Prudent use of hammer along with the brush to satisfy the throne.
Many who saw his work walked past it towards their goal,
They didn’t think of the Sculptor’s hand smeared with blood and sweat that drenched his soul.
A lensman stopped to admire the craft so spellbound that he forgot the clock,
Not just the face even the body was chiseled out from the rock.
He snapped the picture and added to his album,
If old is gold, shouldn’t these inscriptions be platinum!
